摘要
基于专利合著网络分析法,构建包括网络聚集系数、平均路径长度、小世界熵数、网络密度、最大连通图节点占比等5个指标的创新者合作关系量化体系,利用山东省海洋产业2010—2014年专利数据,实证分析创新者合作关系对创新产出的影响。认为最大合作团体的合作关系过于紧密将抑制创新产出;增大最大合作团体规模,将促进创新产出。最后,利用灰色关联分析法,评价创新者合作关系量化体系中各因素对创新产出作用强度的顺序关系。
Based on patent co - author network analysis, including network clustering coefficient, average path length, the number of small - world entropy, network density, maximum connectivity graph nodes, innovators share five indicators part- nership quantification system. Taking Shandong Marine Industrial 2010 -2014 patented invention cooperation network as an example, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of innovators partnership for innovation output. The main conclusions obtained are as follows: 1. The largest cooperative partnership groups are too close to suppress the overall innovation output. 2. Increasing the maximum group size cooperation will promote the overall innovation output. Finally, This paper evaluates the relationship between the innovator in order to quantify the system partnership of various factors in the role of innovation output intensity based on gray relational analysis. And on this basis of the data, we aim to make relevant policy recommen- dations to promote industrial innovation and level of development.
