摘要
研究需求不确定下,RFID技术投资前后医药冷链配送中心的选址—库存问题。在现有配送中心选址—库存模型基础上,结合医药冷链行业特点,对原有模型进行改善,建立一定服务水平下,医药冷链配送中心选址—库存模型。采用遗传算法求解模型,当参数一定时,依据计算结果可确定最优选址、配送及库存方案。通过对影响模型的主要参数进行敏感性分析,为医药冷链配送系统是否投资RFID技术提供决策参考。
This paper investigates site selection and inventory before and after investing the RFID technology into medical cold - chain distribution centers with uncertain demand. On the basis of the models available for site selection and inventory of distribution centers, the original model has been improved by integrating the features of medical cold chains, and the model of site selection and inventory has been constructed for medical cold - chain distribution centers with certain level of services. The genetic algorithm is applied to the solution of the model. When the parameters are certain, the schemes of the optimal site selection, distribution and inventory can be determined by the results of the calculation. The sensitivity analysis of the key parameters affecting the model might provide decision reference for whether the RFID technology is invested into the medical cold- chain distribution system.
