棉秆生物氧化法制浆与传统碱法制浆的比较

摘要 与传统碱法制浆比较,生物氧化法无污染制浆可处理30多种原料,低压低温预处理,通过改变木素的结构,而不是脱除木素,尽可能地保留木素,避免了纤维的降解,纸浆得率高、强度高,吨浆用水量4 m^3,蒸汽用量小,制浆废水自循环,造纸废水自循环,实现了无污染排放,无碱蒸煮无氯漂白全封闭循环制浆。 Cotton stalk is a good raw material for papermaking. Comparison with conventional soda pulping, bio-oxidation pulping can handle more than 30 kinds of raw materials including cotton stalk, at low pressure and temperature pretreatment to change the structure of lignin and reserve lignin as far as possible, but not remove lignin. Because of avoiding degradation of fiber in pulping, pulping yield and strength are higher, water consumption per ton of paper is 4 m3, comsumption of steam is small, pulping and papermaking wastewater is recycled in self-circulation to achieve a zero emission, There is no alkali and chlorine in cooking and beaching process of pulp closed loop.
