转移卡纸中痕量挥发性酮类物质的去除方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 转移卡纸中的痕量酮类物质主要来自于卡纸原纸、有机涂层(离型剂)、转移胶和背涂胶等原材料,针对包装卡纸中痕量酮类物质难以去除的技术缺陷,研究开发了一种由有机胺和有机酸为主要组分组成的卡纸除酮剂及其添加方法,并根据卡纸原纸中的酮类物质含量,优化了除酮剂的有机胺和有机酸的配比。研究发现:在转移卡纸生产工序的背涂胶中添加该除酮剂,可有效地降低卡纸中丙酮50%以上,且可完全消除卡纸中的丁酮和环己酮等有害物质,除酮效率高且稳定性好。 The trace amounts of ketones in transfer paperboard is mainly from the raw materials such as cardboard base paper, transfer glue and back glue. In order to remove the ketones which is difficult to eliminate in paperboard packaging, a ketone removal agent which contains organic amines and organic acids for paperboard and its adding process method is developed. The ratio of organic amines and organic acids in ketone removal agent is optimized depend on the ketones content in paperboard base paper, The results showed that the ketone removal agent added into back glue in transfer paperboard production process can effectively reduce acetone content in paperboard by more than 50%, and furthermore it can completely remove other harmful ketones such as butanone and cyclohexanone, The developed method has high ketone remove efficiency and satisfactory stability.
