摘要
脱墨是废纸回收利用的关键一步,脱墨技术应以追求高效率、低成本以及绿色环保的方式达到脱墨目的。传统脱墨技术在市场上仍占有很重要的地位,但传统的碱法脱墨药品用量大,严重污染环境,且含有大量木素的纤维在碱法脱墨中易发生"碱变黑"现象,影响浆料白度,已满足不了废纸高效再利用的要求。因此,研发对废纸适应性更强、对废纸性能有所改善、更环保的脱墨技术是造纸行业正在进行的任务。文中详细介绍了新型油墨的种类、脱墨影响因素、脱墨原理,归纳总结了新型废纸脱墨技术并介绍了最新的空化射流脱墨与新型臭氧/氧气(O_3/O_2)浮选脱墨及其优缺点以及它们在造纸工业的应用,最后对脱墨技术进行了总结并预测其发展潜力。
Deinking is a key step in waste-paper recycle, deinking technology needs to meet high efficiency, low cost and environmental protection to fit the deinking usage. Traditional deinking technologies are still occupying a large position in the market, even the traditional alkaline deinking costs big drug dosage which lead to environmental pollution, and the waste paper containing a lot oflignin appears "alkaline blackening" phenomenon during alkaline deinking, so that affects pulp whiteness. Because traditional deinking cannot meet the waste efficient recycling, it is the task of paper industry to develop more flexible, improved technologies and more environmental deinking methods. In this article, the new type of ink, deinking influence factors, principle of deinking, the new types of waste paper deinking technology and the latest cavitation jet deinldng, new ozone/oxygen (O3/O2) flotation deinking and its advantages, disadvantages and their applications in papermaking industry have been detailed introduced. Finally, the development tendencies and potentials of the deinking technologies are summarized and predicted.
