摘要
结合北京某城市生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理工程,着重介绍了外置式膜生物反应器(MBR)在垃圾渗滤液工程中的设计与应用。运行结果表明,通过对关键运行参数的控制,MBR系统运行稳定,对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N和TN等均有较高的去除率。通过深度处理系统对污染物的进一步处理,出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)中规定的敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质标准。
The design and application of external MBR in leachate treatment in a waste incinera- tion plant in Beijing were introduced. The operation results showed that MBR system could be steadily operated by controlling the key operation parameters, and the high removal rates of COD, BOD5, TN and NH3 - N all were achieved. After the further treatment of pollutants by advanced treatment system, the effluent quality could meet the make-up water requirements for open recalculating cooling water system specified in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses ( GB/T 19923 - 2005 ).
