微电解/光触媒/催化/UASB/接触氧化处理化工废水

Treatment of Chemical Wastewater by Iron-carbon Micro-electrolysis/Photocatalyst Reaction/Catalytic Oxidation/UASB/Contact Oxidation Process

摘要 采用酸化反应/气浮/铁碳微电解/水解/氨氮吹脱/光触媒反应/催化氧化预处理工艺处理高浓度化工废水后,利用UASB/曝气池/水解酸化/接触氧化工艺处理综合废水,预处理规模为120 m^3/d,总处理量为250 m^3/d。运行实践表明,预处理工艺可明显降低高浓度废水的COD、NH_3-N和苯酚,整个工艺处理出水水质达到接管要求。 After pretreatment of high-concentration chemical wastewater with acidification/air-flo- tation/iron-carbon micro-electrolysis/hydrolysis/ammonia nitrogen stripping/photocatalyst reaction/cata- lytic oxidation process, UASB/aerafion tank/hydrolysis acidification/contact oxidation process was used to treat the comprehensive wastewater. The design pretreatment capacity was 120 m3/d, and the total treatment capacity was 250 m3/d. The operation results showed that the pretreatment process could obvi- ously reduce the concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and phenol in high-concentration wastewater, and the effluent quality could meet the receiving requirements.
