摘要
研制国家级水质钴标准样品,作为钴分析检测的质量控制标准。依据国家标准样品工作导则要求,制备钴标准样品;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对样品进行均匀性和稳定性研究;以多个实验室协作分析定值的统计结果确定标准值,并进行不确定度评估。结果表明,钴标准样品均匀性良好,稳定性可达24个月以上;样品量值准确,与美国同种标准物质进行比对具有可比性。研制的钴标准样品符合国家标准样品的技术要求,标准编号为GSB 07-3176-2014,可用于水质钴元素检测的质量控制、分析方法研究以及分析实验室能力验证等方面。
The national cobalt reference materials were developed, which can be used as the qual- ity control standard for analysis of cobalt in samples. The cobalt reference materials were prepared ac- cording to the national directives for the work of reference materials. The homogeneity and stability of the samples were studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The certified concentration value and uncertainty for cobalt reference materials were obtained by the interlaboratory cooperative certification study. The cobalt reference materials were homogeneous, and their stability was not less than 24 months. The certified value of cobalt reference materials was accurate and comparable to American environmental reference material of cobalt in water. The cobalt reference materials can conform to the technical require- ments of the certified reference materials. The serial number of national standard is GSB 07-3176-2014. The cobalt reference materials can be used for quality control for analysis of cobalt in samples, method evaluation, proficiency testing and other aspects.
