舒肝解郁胶囊治疗围绝经期失眠症临床观察

Clinical observation of Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of peri-menopausal insomnia

目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗围绝经期妇女失眠症的疗效。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月于广东省中医院珠海医院内科门诊就诊的围绝经期失眠症患者66例,随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=30)。两组患者均根据中医辨证予中药汤剂口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊,观察比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及改良Kupperman评分的变化。结果两组患者治疗后PSQI评分及改良Kuppermann评分均有显著改善,与治疗前相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较表明,治疗后观察组PSQI评分及改良Kuppermann评分的改善均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗围绝经期失眠症效果良好。

Objective To observe the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of peri-menopausal insomnia. Methods Sixty-six patients with peri-menopausal insomnia, who were treated in department of internal medicine of Zhuhai hospital from December 2013 to December 2014, were collected. They were randomly divided into observation group （n=36） and control group （n=30）. All the patients in both groups were treated by oral Chinese medicine decoction, while the observed group was given the additional Shugan Jieyu capsule. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） scores and the modified Kupperman scores change before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results PSQI scores and modified Kuppermann scores were significantly improved after treatment in both group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The improvement of PSQI scores and modified Kuppermann scores in observation group were better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule has a good therapeutic effect on peri-menopausal insomnia patients.
