磁共振影像技术在卒中后抑郁疾病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 卒中后抑郁(Post-Stroke Depression,PSD)是由缺血性卒中引起的情感障碍性疾病,卒中后发病率高,危害大。为了揭示PSD病因学机制,近年来不少研究小组利用磁共振成像技术对该疾病进行了多角度研究。本文分别从磁共振结构成像、磁共振弥散张量成像以及静息态磁共振功能成像对该领域的研究进展进行了综述,并讨论了影像学发现与PSD病理机制的关系,最后总结了基于磁共振成像的PSD研究成果并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Post-stroke depression (PSD) is defined as a mood disorder due to ischeemic stroke. PSD has a high incidence and great damage. In order to disclose the etiological mechanism of PSD, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology is used by multiple groups to research on PSD from different perspectives in recent years. In this paper, the research progress of structural MRI, diffusion tensor imaging and resting-state functional MRI in PSD is reviewed. The relationship between the imaging results and the pathological mechanism of PSD is also discussed. Finally, the research results of PSD based on MRI are summarized and the prospect of the study is put forward.
