摘要
总结近几年来配电网自动化应用的发展趋势。从馈线自动化模式与方案配置、提升配电网自动化系统的实用性、配电网自动化系统的运维管理、电网公司不同层级对配电网自动化的应用需求等方面进行了探讨。提出了因地制宜,通过合理配置不同FA模式,形成纵向分层、横向分区、全局优化、快速复电的FA配置方案。在提高自动化覆盖率、提升系统功能实用性、提高配电自动化系统的运维效率等提出了一些建设思路。对省级公司配电业务运维管理功能和电网公司总部的统一管控功能进行探讨。
This paper summarizes the development of distribution automation system. Then, it discusses the feeder automation mode and configuration scheme of feeder automation, and how to improve the practicability of distribution automation system, the operation maintenance management of distribution automation system, and the requirement of different levels in power grid company. Through suiting the measures to local conditions and configuring different FA modes, it proposes an FA configuration scheme with the features of longitudinal hierarchy, horizonal division, global optimization, and fast recovery. Some construction thoughts are suggested about improving the automation coverage, the practicability of system function, and the operation and maintenance efficiency of distribution automation system. The operation and maintenance management of power distribution business of provincial company and the unified management and control function of the headquarters are discussed.
