摘要
为了研究 Al2 O3-Cr2 O3砖对熔融还原炼铁(HIsmelt 工艺)渣的抗渣性,选取市售 Cr2 O3含量(w)分别约为10%、30%、60%和90%的 Al2 O3-Cr2 O3砖(试样编号依次为 Cr10、Cr30、Cr60和 Cr90),模拟 SRV 熔融还原炉中耐火材料的抗渣行为,在 GB /T 8931—2007的回转渣蚀法试验基础上,人为制造200~1600℃的温度波动进行抗渣性试验,以综合评价材料的抗渣性和抗热震性。结果表明:Cr10、Cr30、Cr60和 Cr90砖的抗渣侵蚀性能和抗热震性能均优异,而 Cr10、Cr30和 Cr90砖的抗渣渗透性差,Cr60砖的抗渣渗透性好;Al2 O3-Cr2 O3砖与渣中MgO、FeO 反应形成了致密的复合尖晶石层,提高了材料的抗侵蚀性能,基质中 Cr2 O3含量不同是造成试样抗侵蚀性差别的原因;Al2 O3-Cr2 O3砖的组成、结构和渗透层中固溶体的反应程度是影响材料抗热震性的主要因素。
In order to research the slag resistance of Al2 O3-Cr2 O3 bricks for HIsmelt process slag,commer-cial Al2 O3-Cr2 O3 bricks with 10%,30%,60%,and 90%(by mass,the same hereinafter)Cr2 O3 were select-ed,respectively (specimens numbered sequentially as Cr10,Cr30,Cr60,Cr90).The slag resistance and thermal shock resistance of specimens were evaluated by simulating the slag resistance behavior of refrac-tories in SRV melting reduction furnace basing on the rotary slag test in GB /T 8931—2007 (keep the tem-perature fluctuation of 200 -1 600 ℃ for the slag resistance test).The results show that Cr10,Cr30,Cr60, Cr90 bricks perform excellent slag resistance and thermal shock resistance;Cr10,Cr30 and Cr90 bricks perform poor slag penetration resistance,Cr60 brick has the best slag penetration resistance.Al2 O3-Cr2 O3 bricks react with MgO and FeO in slag forming a dense composite spinel layer,improving the slag corro-sion resistance of bricks.The Cr2 O3 content in matrix is a key factor to the slag corrosion resistance of specimens.The composition,structure and the reaction degree of the solid solution in the slag penetration layer are the main factors influencing the thermal shock resistance of Al2 O3-Cr2 O3 bricks.
