摘要
主要从原料、添加剂的选择,以及烧结温度、保温时间与制品性能(气孔率、体积密度、抗压强度、抗弯强度等)的相关性等方面,介绍了常见单相氧化物(Al2O3、Si O2、Zr O2、Al6Si2O13、Mg2A14Si5O18、Mg2Si O4)多孔陶瓷及Al2O3基和Al6Si2O13(莫来石)基复合多孔陶瓷的最新研究现状,并介绍了其基本性质和用途,同时指出了氧化物多孔陶瓷制备过程中存在的问题,并展望了未来发展趋势。
In this paper,the latest research situation of common single-phase oxides (Al2 O3 ,SiO2 ,ZrO2 , Al6 Si2 O13 ,Mg2 Al4 Si5 O18 ,Mg2 SiO4 )porous ceramics,Al2 O3 based and Al6 Si2 O13 (mullite)based composite porous ceramics was summarized mainly from raw materials,additives,sintering temperature,holding time and products properties such as apparent porosity,bulk density,compressive strength,and flexural strength and bulk density,etc.,and their characteristics and applications were introduced.Meanwhile,the problems during the preparation process of oxide porous ceramics were pointed out,and the future devel-opment trend was prospected.
