摘要
用芯片式色谱柱代替传统的色谱柱实现了分离功能,结合色谱热力学原理分析了芯片式色谱柱中温度的影响,并以甲苯为例,通过实验确定随着芯片温度的变化,保留时间和峰高的变化规律。实验结果表明其能够较好地符合色谱热力学原理,能够替代传统的色谱柱实现分离功能,最佳工作温度在348~358K之间。
The chip was used instead of the traditional column,so the chip temperature is one of the most important factors affecting gas chromatography system. For the single gas,the temperature change will directly affect the peak height and retention time. So the main cause of the change rule from the chromatography was analyzed and thechange rule of retention time and peak height with the change of temperature for toluene was studied. The experimental resultsshowed that it is in good accordance with the principle of chromatography thermodynamic and it can be replaced with the traditional column. The results provided a good experimental basis for the application of the chip column and determine the best operating temperature between 348 ~ 358 K.
