从宗族到能人:农村体育治理主体的嬗变

From Clan to Virtuoso Teams:Transmutation of Governance Body of Rural Sports

以上帅镇抢花炮活动的治理主体的变迁为研究对象,采用文献资料法、参与观察法、个案分析法等,对传统社会和现代社会不同主体对农村体育治理的现实情况进行梳理,分析不同主体参与农村体育治理的优势与不足,并结合宗族在农村体育治理中的优势对现代社会能人群体参与农村体育治理的优化提出几点建议。研究发现,能人群体具有较强的工作能力及丰厚的社会资本,但其现代思想与村民传统思想存在一定的冲突,重现代体育项目而轻传统民间项目,在一定程度上阻碍了农村体育的发展;而宗族在农村体育治理中有较坚实的群众基础,而且有利于保护传统农村体育的多样性、完整性,其优势恰可对能人群体具有启发作用。

The article was based on the transmutation of the governance body of rural sports taking the traditional＂Grabbing Huapao＂in the town of Shangshuai,Guangdong Province as the research object.It could be seen that the governance bodies in rural sports in the traditional society and the modern society had advantages and disadvantages.The clans were important in the development of rural sports while the virtuoso teams held rich social capitals and capability of work.The former was better accepted while the latter was embraced with more modern ideas.The former was crucial in the protection of the traditional sports.
