摘要
随着我国钢铁行业的不断发展,烟气治理的脱硫技术也取得了很大突破,基于SDA法的烧结烟气脱硫工艺也成功的得以应用。通过数据分析比对,确立了脱硫塔出口温度及SO2浓度两个重要的闭环控制回路,并建立了模型框图。在模型框图的基础上分析了PID控制器及串级、前馈、反馈控制系统的结构和基本原理。实现系统的安全、稳定运行。
Following the constant development of our iron and steel industry, the fume desulfurizing technology achieved great breakthrough. The SDA desulfurizing process for sinter fume is successfully applied. Through analyzing and comparing data, establish critical oose-loop control circuits for desulfurizing tower outlet temperature and SO2 density, and block diagram for module. Based on the block diagram, analyze the structure and principle of the control system of PID controller, serial connection, feed forward and feedback. The safe and stable operation is realized.
