摘要
当变电所PLC控制器停止工作时，一些故障无法报警。为了不影响正常运行，制作了检测报警装置，故障时发出声光报警，使值班人员能及时处理。
When the PLC controller of substation stops, some faults cannot be alarmed. In order to keep normal running, an alarm detecting device is produced. The sound-light alarm will be sent out when fault occurs. Thus, the operator on duty can solve that fault in time.
