独立学院学生管理现状与对策研究——基于“格雷欣法则”的思考

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Students' Management in Independent Colleges——Reflections on the Gresham Law

独立学院是按照新机制、新模式和社会力量合作举办的本科层次及专科层次共存的二级独立学院。但是独立学院的学生群体由于是本科层次及专科层级并存,"格雷欣法则"的存在使独立学院学生之间负面交叉影响加剧,必须要规范独立学院的各项管理,引导其健康发展。克服"格雷欣法则"现象应协整多方位育人体系,坚持"松""紧"结合的管理制度,完善管理服务机构等。

Independent college is a new mode secondary independent institute according to the new mechanism and social forces.Because independent college students are filled with undergraduate level and college level people, the existence of Gresham Law causes the negative cross effect between the independent college students.We must regulate the management of independent colleges and guide their healthy, development.This paper analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon of ＇bad money drives out good money＇ in the development of independent colleges, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
