随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,研究生规模不断扩大,随之而来的是研究生教育质量有所下降。通过对研究生教育质量的调查分析,找出了影响研究生教育质量的一系列影响因素:课程设置不合理、研究生导师队伍整体水平较低、研究生自身学习和研究投入力度不足,通过以上问题的分析,提出了相应的解决对策。这对于研究生教育质量的提升和我国高等教育的发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Along with our country the popularization of higher education, graduate students continues to expand the scale, followed by a decline in the quality of postgraduate education. In this paper, through the investigation and Analysis on the quality of graduate education, to identify the impact of a series of factors of the quality of Postgraduate Education： the curriculum is not reasonable, the tutor team overall level is low, the graduate student own study and research is insufficient, through the analysis of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It has important the oretical and practical significance for the development of graduate education and enhance the quality of higher education in china.
