摘要
介绍了我国塑料挤出成型技术的现状,引出智能化生产定义,阐述了塑料挤出成型智能化生产的基本技术方案、结构组成与各模块的作用,指出模具与设备是实现智能化生产的基础,在线检测系统是检测产品质量的必要条件,分析管理系统是分析和处理质量问题的核心技术,柔性控制与调节系统是控制产品质量、实现智能化生产的关键控制技术。
The contemporary state of domestic plastic extrusion technology was presented, and the basis technical scheme, structure and each module function of intelligent plastic ex- trusion production were expounded. It pointed out that the foundation of intelligent plastic extrusion production was extrusion tooling and machinery, the requirement of quality in- spection was online checking system, the core technology of analysis and processing was analysis and management system, the key point of repairing and smart production was flow controlling and regulation system.
