复杂曲面薄壁零件充液成形分析及模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对铝镁合金5A06复杂曲面薄壁零件成形工序多以及成形质量差的现状,分析了该零件的成形工艺,提出了1模2件充液成形的工艺方法。通过ETA/Dynaform软件对该零件的充液成形进行了仿真,预测了充液成形后板料在不同区域的变形趋势。根据仿真结果设计了适合成形该复杂曲面薄壁零件的模具。模具应用于生产后得到了合格的零件。 The method that the hydroforming of the two parts at a time was put forward by the analysis of the forming process of the alloy 5A06 thin part with complex surface, aiming at simplifying the forming processes and improving the forming quality. The deforma- tion trend of part in different areas was predicted through simulating the hydroforming of part by ETA/DYNAFORM software. According to the results of the simulation, the die was designed for thin part with complex surface, and the qualified parts were produced after ap- plying the die.
