基于一步法对后地板纵梁件坯料尺寸的确定及优化

Determination and optimization of blank size of rear floor longitudinal beam based on the one-step method

摘要 基于一步法反求后地板纵梁件坯料的形状和尺寸,并对求得的坯料尺寸进一步优化从而达到了企业要求的坯料形状和尺寸,提高了板料的可成形性、材料利用率和生产效率。 The blank shape and size of rear floor longitudinal beam were calculated based on the one-step method. Besides, the blank shape and size that enterprise required were ob- tained by further optimization, which improved the formability, material utilization and pro- duction efficiency.
