摘要 通过对智能手机电池薄壁边框的结构和成型工艺进行分析,设计了成型该塑件的注射模,详细介绍了模具的分型面、型腔和型芯结构、浇注系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构、推出机构等设计。针对超薄边框塑件易发生翘曲变形、脱模困难等问题,优化设计了浇注系统及推出机构,进一步提高了成型塑件的质量。实践表明,该模具结构设计合理,动作安全可靠,满足生产要求。 An injection mould for the signed based on the analysis of its thin-waUed frame of smart phone battery was de- structure and process. The design points of parting line, cavity and core structure, gating system, side parting and core-pulling mechanism, pushing mechanism were described in details. The gating system and pushing mechanism were optimized. It not only solved the problems of warpage and demoulding difficult, but also improved the quality of the product. Practice showed that the mould structure was rea- sonable, operation was safe and reliable, which met production requirements.
