摘要
通过对甘蔗破碎机锤杆的成形工艺进行分析,设计了锻造工序及其模具结构,并运用DEFORM有限元分析软件对锻造过程进行了模拟验证,分析了缩颈、镦球头2道工序过程中的应变场、应力场、金属组织流线、模具行程-负载变化,模拟结果从理论上支持了工艺设计和模具设计的合理性。
According to the processing analysis of sugarcane crusher hammer rod, the forg- ing process and mould structure were formulated. The DEFORM finite element software was used to simulate and verify the forging process, the strain field, stress field, metal streamline and mould stroke-load change in the two processes of shrink neck, heading ball were analyzed. The simulation results theoretically checked the rationality of design process and mould design.
