摘要
本文采用高耐腐蚀型氧化铝陶瓷超滤膜,设计了15 m^3/d发酵液处理系统。该设计可减小发酵液高倍数浓缩状态下通道被堵塞的概率,增加设备运行的稳定性;并可保证膜系统的长期稳定运行,提高设备的运行效率。
In this paper, the 15 m3/d fermentation liquid treatment system was designed by using the high corrosion resistant alumina ceramic membrane. The design can reduce the proba- bility of the channel being blocked by the high concentration of fermentation liquid, increase the stability of equipment operation, and ensure the long - term stable operation of the membrane system, and improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
