简述了面制主食品发展现状,初探、学习和借鉴精益生产与销售思想的理论应用到主食面制品工业化、规范化、标准化、商业化的实践中,实现生产过程、物流过程中的高效率即"用尽善尽美的过程为用户创造尽善尽美的价值"。
The current situation of the development of flour - making main food industry was introduced. The application of the concept of lean production and sales in the practice of industrialization, normalization, standardization and commercialization of flour- making main food were primaryinvestigated, studied and used for reference, to realize high efficiency, that is, offering users perfect value with perfect process during production and logistics process.
