摘要
以粮食加工清理设备平面旋振筛为对象,借助ADAMS对平面旋振筛驱动装置的虚拟样机进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了驱动装置在不同转速下的激振力大小和转速与激振力的关系,为旋振筛的结构设计和参数选取提供理论参考。
Taking plane rotary oscillating sieve in food processing cleaning equipment as the object, the dynamics simulation was analyzed on the virtual prototype of the plane rotary oscillating sieve driving device by ADAMS. The size of excitation force of driving device under different rotating speed was obtained, as well as the relationship between rotating speed and excitation force, providing references for the structure design and parameter selection of oscillating vibration sieve.
