摘要 高大平房仓隔热保温性能较差,夏季最高仓温和粮温可达到30℃~35℃,造成储粮害虫和微生物大量滋生,影响储粮安全.如使用化学药剂熏蒸处理,易形成残留,粮食在高温下储存,品质会快速降低,影响储粮安全,而常规的机械制冷和空调制冷技术虽能降低仓温和粮温,但存在能耗大、费用高等问题.本试验跟踪研究了高大平房仓实验仓与对照仓的温度、湿度变化趋势及规律,以及1年内各季节中储藏玉米粮食作物在不同储藏条件下各项理化指标的变化规律. In large warehouse, the heat insulation performance is poor. In summer, the high- est temperature of warehouse and grain reaches 30℃ -35℃, resulting in stored grain pests and microbial infested, affecting the safety of grain storage. The use of chemical fumigation treatment is easy to form residual. The quality of grain stored at high temperatures will quickly reduce, affecting the safety of grain storage. Although the technology of conventional mechanical refrigeration and air conditioning refrigeration can reduce the temperature of warehouse and grain, it has large energy consumption and higher costs. The temperature, humidity change trend and regularity of experimental storehouse and contrast storehouse in large and tall warehouse were introduced, as well as the changing rules of eaeh physical and chemical indicator of storing corn crops in each season within a year under different storage conditions.
