氨基酸类保健食品风险监测结果分析

Analysis on risk monitoring results of amino acid based health food

本文按照法定方法测定保健食品中氨基酸总含量及羟脯氨酸含量。且探索性的利用氨基酸自动分析仪同时测定16种氨基酸总量及羟脯氨酸含量。结果表明,17种氨基酸得到有效分离。此法有效缩短了分析时间,提高了工作效率,为氨基酸类保健食品的科学监管提供技术支撑。

The total amino acid and hydroxyproline in health food was determined according to the legal method. The simultaneous determination of 16 amino acids and the hydroxyproline by amino acid automatic analyzer was studied. Results show that, the i7 kinds of amino acids separate well. This method can effectively shorten the analysis time and improve the efficiency of the work, providing technical support for the scientific supervision of the amino acid type health food.
