高强度薄壁管件淬火变形控制工艺分析与应用

摘要 高强度薄壁管件淬火时极易变形,淬火后因其高强度、高弹性而难以校正,如果采用模压淬火,需要制造相应模具,成本高,且不适用于科研试制或小批量生产。针对高强度薄壁管件淬火变形大的难点,开展了淬火变形机理分析和淬火变形控制方法研究,并通过工艺试验,对防变形工艺筋进行了优化设计,确保了零件淬火后的内在质量与变形控制质量,解决了技术难题,提高了零件生产效率。 It is easy to be deformed for high-strength thin-wall tube when hardening, and it is hard to correct after that because of the high strength and high elastic property. It is costly to adopt the press hardening method because of making the corresponding mound, and which does not apply to research and small batch production. In order to solv.e the difficult problems of high-strength thin-tube with large hardening distortion, it has been done to promote the mechanism analysis of deformation and optimize the lacing wires of preventing from distortion. The control method for the hardening distortion has been verified by experiments. It can ensure the internal quality and deformation control quality of parts after hardening. Finally, the technical problem is solved, and the production efficiency of parts has been raised, and the similar parts also have been optimized.
