摘要
针对某高压共轨柴油机常温环境下起动困难问题,以起动时间为优化目标,采用正交试验法,对起动过程中加速阶段的四个参数(喷油量、主喷油提前角、预喷油量和预喷油提前角)进行优化匹配。通过正交试验,确定了参数的主次影响关系、对起动时间的影响规律和参数优化匹配方案,改善了柴油机起动性能,并为下一步参数优化提供指导。
In order to solve the difficult starting problem of a high-pressure common rail diesel under normal temperatural environment, aimming at the optimization of the starting time, the matching and optimization of control parameters(starting fuel quantity, main injection advanced angle, pilot injection fuel quantity and pilot injection advanced angle) was investigated by using orthogonal experiment method during accelerate phase in the time evolution of starting speed. The test results show the primary and secondary relationship between the control parameters, the influence of the parameters to the starting time, and the optimum combination of the paraments. The starting performance can be improved. It is of important instructional significance for the further step of the optimization of parameters.
