铝合金缸体PCD铣削刀具钝化应用 被引量:1

摘要 铝合金材料在汽车行业的应用日益广泛,在汽车整车轻量化、小型化等方面起到很大作用。聚晶金刚石)刀PCD(具具有高硬度、较低的热膨胀系数以及与有色金属亲合小的特点,是铝合金加工刀具材质的首选。我们介绍了类刀具PCD的概念和功能,提出了类刀具在铝合金缸体的加工应用技巧,阐述了类铣削刀具刃口的局部钝化处理对刀具磨PCD PCD损以及改变切削基理的方法和建议,为提高加工寿命及提升加工性能提供了一些可行的实施措施。我们将刀具刃口处理应用在刀具切削铝合金加工中,在实际的生产加工中有着十分重要的意义。 The application of aluminum alloy material in the automotive industry is becoming more and more widely, which play an important role in the automotive lightweight, miniaturization etc. As the primary selection of cutting tool material for aluminum alloy machining process, PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond) has the characteristics of extreme high hardness, low thermal expansion coefficient and the advantages of non-ferrous metal with low affinity function. To increase the tool lifetime and improve machining performance, this article describes the properties of PCD tools for which provides some feasible measures, such as the application skills of PCD tools in the aluminum alloy cylinder block machining process, which tells the recommendation and opinion of the cutting edge preparation for PCD milling tools. The content of this article will be a great significance on the actual production and processing.
