内燃机台架用测功机控制模式的建模与仿真

摘要 Simulink环境下,采用Simulink自带的仿真模块,分别建立测功器恒扭矩/油门恒转速M/n,在测功器恒转速/油门恒扭矩控制n/M,测功器恒扭矩/油门恒位置M/P三种控制模式的仿真模型,对发动机加速加载过程进行仿真分析,结果表明,仿真结果与实际相符,验证了所建模型的正确性。本仿真模型对研究发动机在不同控制模式下的动态运转时的性能,进行发动机参数分析等可以提供一定的帮助。 In this paper, the model has been established with the simulation modules in Simulink under three control modes, including a constant dynamometer torque and a constant engine speed control mode M/n, a constant dynamometer speed and a constant engine torque control mode n/M, a constant dynamometer torque and a constant engine throttle opening control mode M/P. The accelerating and loading process of the engine has been simulated and analyzed. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the experiment results, which verify the correctness of the model. This simulation model can be helpful for studies of the performance of engines under different control modes and analysis of the parameters of engines.
