菏泽市职业教育的现状与发展对策论析

A Study of the Current Situation and Development Strategy of Heze's Vocational Education

近年来,在加快发展现代职业教育的时代背景下,菏泽市委市政府审时度势,出台了一系列加快发展菏泽职业教育的重大举措,但菏泽市职业教育基础薄弱,相关的学术研究较为欠缺。为了推动菏泽市职业教育的健康发展,有必要在梳理菏泽市职业教育现状的基础上,从树立正确的职业教育观、加大政府财政资金投入、引入国外先进的教育理念、加强"双师型"教师队伍建设和构建校企融合的办学机制等方面提出今后发展菏泽市职业教育的对策和建议。

In recent years,in the background of speeding up the development of modern vocational education,Heze Municipal Party Committee and government had developed a series of major initiatives to accelerate the development of vocational education. But the basis of Heze＇s vocational education is weak,academic research on vocational education is relatively lack. In order to promote the healthy development of vocational education in Heze,we should establish a correct concept of vocational education,increase government financial investment,learn from foreign advanced educational concepts,build double- qualified teachers and build school- enterprise integration system of running schools.
