师资结构主要指教师队伍人员的不同素质指标组成比例,以及教师组合内的相关性,能清楚反映出一所学校教师队伍的整体风貌和实力。教师队伍结构有没有合理构建,对师资队伍建设和社区教育的办学质量有着直接影响。本文论述了社区教育师资队伍合理结构的要求和形式,探讨了构建社区教育师资队伍合理结构的策略,旨在提高整个师资队伍的教学水平。
The structure of teachers mainly refers to the relationship between the proportion and the combination of the various quality indexes of the teachers,which can reflect the overall style and strength of a school teacher team clearly. The structure of the teaching staff directly affects the quality of the construction of the teaching staff and the quality of the community education.This paper discusses the requirements and forms of the rational structure of the teaching staff in community education and offers some relevant solutions in order to improve the teaching level of the whole teaching staff.
