Research on the Reform and Development Strategy of Music Education Management in Colleges and Universities

高校音乐教育模式将培养学生的路径规范化与定式化,接受音乐教育的学生按照高校的教育安排完善自己的知识结构,建立自己的知识体系。教育模式根据学生的特征来进行建构,在随着学生自身特征以及教育要求目标的改变,教育模式也将做出适应性的变化,一旦教育模式滞后外部环境的变化将会产生一系列的不适应状况,阻碍教育模式培养音乐人才的绩效。文章从音乐教育管理绩效的角度来探究在未来其改革和发展的相关路径。

Music Education students will model the path of normalization with the fixed type,music education students improve their knowledge structure and build their own knowledge according to the educatinal arrangments in univerisities. According to the features of students to construct the education mode,education pattern also will make adaptation with the change of the students＇ own feature and education target,once the mode of education lags behind changes in the external environment will produce a series of suited situation,hinder education model train musical talent performance. This paper explores the relative path in the future of its reform and development from the perspective of music education management performance.
