摘要
多元文化认知能力是跨文化交际活动的思维基础,培养多元文化认知能力更是全球化时代发展的需求。意象图式是表征人类一般知识的认知结构,是理解复杂概念和建构新知识的基础。交际者具备一定的多元文化认知结构,才能建构相应正确的认知图式,实现成功的跨文化交际。任务驱动型模式可以促进交际者在学以致用中提升多元文化认知能力。
As the foundation of thought for cross- cultural communication,multi- cultural cognitive ability should be cultivated catering for the need of globalization. Image schema is the cognitive structure representing human general knowledge,which is the basis of understanding complex concepts and structuring new knowledge. Only with certain multi- cultural cognitive structures can make the communicators build correct cognitive schemas for successful communication. Task- based motivation approach can help to enhance multi- cultural cognitive ability in the process of putting into use what has been learnt.
