In this paper,the phase difference of an electric circuit is introduced,and how to determine the fault device and the specific fault is introduced.First from the fault circuit used in the batch of devices to find a breakthrough point,the theoretical calculation is determined to lead to the failure of the direct cause of the circuit in the capacity of the two capacitors.The results of Saber software simulation and physical verification are in agreement with the theoretical calculation.A series of calculation,simulation and experiment have been made to determine the root cause of the failure of the circuit device.
