以文献研究的方法,梳理欧美近30年在记忆照护设施空间设计的实证研究成果,对记忆照护设施的发展脉络和背景原因进行分析。并以专门针对失智老人的长期照护设施为研究对象,从失智友好环境的角度,探讨失智康复目标和建筑空间设计的相互关系,归纳总结出建筑空间设计策略和导则。

Building on the literature review of rigorous empirical studies of Western scholarship on the design of memory care units in the past thirty years, this paper elaborates on the process and social context of its development. Focusing on long-term care facilities for the elderly with dementia, it links spatial design with dementia therapeutic goals aiming at dementia-friendly environments, concluding with design strategies for prospective Chinese practice.
