摘要
针对在不预热条件下高强钢焊接容易产生冷裂纹的特点,通过Q690高强钢匹配ER76-G高强焊丝,研究在不预热条件下Q690高强钢焊接工艺。通过拉伸、弯曲和夏比冲击试验,验证焊接工艺的可行性。在该焊接工艺的指导下,经外观检验和检测,集装箱吊具满足相关标准要求。
For the welding characteristics that the high-strength steel welding without preheating prone is easy to produce the cold cracking, the feasibility of welding process of Q690 high strength steel is studied using Q690 high strength steel to match the high strength welding wire, which is verified by the tensile test, the bending test and the Charpy impact test. Under the guidance of the welding process, the container spreaders meet the relevant standards by visual inspection and testing.
