为了降低卸船机门架刮板链条的更换率,研发刮板链条清扫器以及螺旋输送机等余料回收装置,避免余料在门架刮板机尾部堆积,减少刮板链条的弯曲变形量,同时将余料回收到皮带机。
In order to reduce the replacement rate of the scraper chain in the gantry of ship unloader, the leftover material recovery device, such as the scraper chain sweeper and the spiral conveyor is developed. With the developed device, the accumulation of the leftover materials in the rear of the scraper conveyor is prevented, the bending deformation of the scraper chain is reduced, and the leftover materials are reclaimed to the belt conveyor.
