马来西亚高校国际学生流动态势研究

The Development Situation of International Student Mobility in Malaysia

通过国家战略层面的重视以及打造优质高等教育资源,马来西亚高校吸引了大量国际学生流入。面对全球化挑战,马来西亚高校主要通过东盟国际学生流动项目、创建国际化高校及与国际组织合作等路径来实现国际学生的流动。与此同时,马来西亚在建设亚洲高等教育枢纽进程中,面临着国际生源被稀释、过度依赖国外人力资源、国际学生学习经历满意度不高等问题;再有,如何处理好高等教育本土化与国际化的关系,也是其面临的重要问题。

Due to the high-quality higher education high degree attention at the national strategic level and efforts on creating resources, eolleges and universities in Malaysia have attracted massive international students. Malaysia begins to take some positive measures to promote international students mobility in order tO face the challenge of globalization. These measures are ASEAN international student mobility programs, and international universities and cooperation with international organization. However, at present in the process of building the Asian higher education hub, Malaysia still face some problems. For example, students were diluted, excessive reliance on foreign human resource, low satisfaction of international students with learning experience and the problem of how to deal with the relationship between higher education internationalization and localization.
