米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗首发抑郁症疗效及对性功能的影响

Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of mirtazapine and paroxetine and effect on sexual function in first episode depression

目的比较米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗首发抑郁症对性功能的影响。方法将240例首发抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予米氮平,对照组给予帕罗西汀,治疗8 w。观察8 w内2组相关指标变化,并比较疗效。结果治疗第1周末,2组起效率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第8 w末,2组起效率相比差异无统计学意义。第1周末,2组亚利桑那性体验量表(Arizona sexual experience scale,ASEX)差异无统计学意义,第2、4、8周末时2组比较,ASEX评分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。第1周末,研究组汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)总分下降较对照组显著且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第2、4、8周末时2组比较,HAMD差异不具有统计学意义。研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组相比差异不具有统计学意义。结论米氮平疗效较好,安全性较高,所致性功能障碍较低,可提高抑郁患者的生活质量。

Objective To compare the influence of mirtazapine and paroxetine on sexual function in treatment of first episode depression. Methods240 cases of patients with first episode of depression were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the study group were treated with mirtazapine treatment,and the control group were treated with paroxetine. Both two groups underwent treatment for a consecutive treatment of 8 weeks.After 8-weeks treatment,the related indicators and efficacy were compared between two groups. Results In the first week＇s of treatment,the initial effect rate was statistical difference between the 2 groups（P 〈0. 05）. In the eighth week＇s treatment,there was no significant difference in initial effect rate between 2 groups. At the end of 2,4,8w,the ASEX scores of 2 groups were significantly decreased（P 〈0. 05）. In the first week＇s treatment,there was significant difference in HAMD between 2 groups,in 2,4 and 8 weeks,there was no statistical difference between 2 groups. There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Mirtazapin has better curative effect and high safety and low sexual dysfunction to improve the quality of life of the patients with depression.
