注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂对支气管扩张患者的临床效果

Effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation on serum procalcitonin in bronchiectasis

目的观察注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂对支气管扩张患者的临床效果。方法选择在温州医科大学确诊的65例支气管扩张患者进行随机分组对照研究,对照组32例患者予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,研究组33患者在此基础上予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合治疗,1个月为1个疗程。比较治疗前后2组患者临床症状变化以及治疗后的总有效率和血清降钙素原水平的变化。结果治疗后2组患者慢性咳嗽症状评分均降低,咳脓痰症状评分均降低,咯血症状评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组咳嗽症状评分、咳脓痰症状评分及咯血症状评分较低(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,对照组总有效率为75.00%低于研究组96.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后2组的血清降钙素原均明显降低(P<0.05);研究组的血清骨钙素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂能够降低支气管扩张患者血清降钙素原水平,具有较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation on serum procalcitonin in patients with bronchiectasis. Methods 65 cases in our hospital with bronchiectasis were randomly divided into 2groups,32 patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,33 patients in the treatment group were treated with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation on the basis of control group,a month for a course of treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and total efficiency and serum calcitonin level were compared between two groups before and after treatment in bronchiectasis patients. Results Compared with before treatment in two groups,chronic cough symptom scores were lower vomica symptom scores were lower,haemoptysis symptom scores were lower（P 〈0. 05）,and compared with the control group,the cough symptom score,vomica symptom score and hemoptysis symptoms score in treatment group were lower（P 〈0. 05）. After one month treatment,the total effective rate of the control group（75%） was lower than the treatment group 96. 97%（P 〈0. 05）. The serum calcitonin levels after treatment in two groups were lower than before treatment（P 〈0. 05）; the serum calcitonin level in treatment group was lower than control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis was effective,and could reduce the levels of procalcitonin.
