复方地榆炭膏外用治疗闭合性骨折急性期软组织肿胀的临床效果研究

Study the clinical effect of compound sanguisorba charcoal cream topical treatment of closed fracture cocurrent acute soft tissue swelling

目的探讨复方地榆炭膏治疗闭合性骨折软组织肿胀的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月山东省医学科学院附属医院急诊外科收治的80例闭合性骨折软组织肿胀患者,随机分为对照组和地榆组。对照组术后给予常规消肿治疗,包括抬高患肢以及口服活血化瘀药物;地榆组术后给予复方地榆炭膏外用治疗软组织肿胀。治疗2 w后,对2组患者疼痛积分、肿胀等级以及白细胞数量进行统计学比较。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,地榆组疼痛积分显著降低;消肿治疗有效率高,肿胀等级下降幅度大;血液白细胞数量显著减少,炎症反应抑制力度强（P〈0.05）。结论复方地榆炭膏可以有效的治疗闭合性骨折急性期软组织肿胀,消除水肿,抑制炎性出血及渗出。

Objective To study the compound sanguisorba carbon paste clinical curative effect for the treatment of closed fracture of soft tissue swelling. Methods 80 cases of closed fractures of the soft tissue swelling were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016,Were randomly divided into control group and sanguisorba group. Give the conventional swelling after surgery treatment to control group,including push up limb and oral promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs. Give sanguisorba group compound sanguisorba carbon paste postoperative topical treatment of soft tissue swelling. After two weeks about the treatment,to compare the two groups of patients with pain,swelling and white blood cell.Results After treatment the sanguisorba group compared with control group,pain score significantly reduced; swelling treatment of high efficient,swelling level decreased; the decrease in the number of blood white cells and inflammatory response inhibition of strong strength（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound sanguisorba carbon paste can be effective in the treatment of closed fracture acute soft tissue swelling, eliminate edema,inhibiting inflammatory bleeding and leak.
