川崎病患儿血浆纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体及CRP水平变化及与冠状动脉病变的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察并探讨川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)患儿血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)、D-二聚体(D-dimmer,DD)与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化与冠状动脉病变(coronary artery lesion,CAL)的关系。方法选择自2013年2月-2015年10月在杭州市第一人民医院儿科治疗的KD患儿48例,作为观察组;并选取同期入院排除KD的健康体检儿48例作为对照组。观察组根据超声心动图有无冠脉损伤分为CAL组14和非CAL组34例。检测并比较各组患儿的Fg、DD和CRP水平。结果观察组Fg、DD和CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);CAL组Fg、DD和CRP水平明显高于非CAL组(P〈0.05)。结论 Fg、DD和CRP水平高低可作为患儿是否发生KD的有效预测指标,同时也可预测CAL的发生,有助于对KD患儿病情判断和预后评估。 Objective To observe and explore the levels of fibrous protein(Fg),D-dimer(DD) and CRP in Kawasaki disease(KD) and the relationship with coronary artery lesion(CAL). Methods 48 cases with KD from February 2013 to October 2015 in this hospital were selected,as the observation group,while 48 healthy children which were excluded KD were selected as the control group. Observation group were divided into CAL group(14 cases) and non-CAL group(34 cases) according to the echocardiography. The levels of Fg,DD and CRP were detected and compared between two groups. Results Fg,DD and CRP levels were significantly higher in the observation group than those in control group(P〈0. 05). Fg,DD and CRP levels in CAL group,were significantly higher than those in CAL group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The levels of Fg,DD and CRP could be used as an effective predictor of KD,but also could predict the occurrence of CAL,which is helpful for evaluating the condition and prognosis of children with KD.
