促肝细胞生长素治疗肝纤维化的临床应用进展

Progress in clinical application of promoting hepatocyte growth factors in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis

促肝细胞生长素主要有效成分为高生物活性的小分子多肽物质,研究表明促肝细胞生长素具有刺激肝细胞DNA合成,促进肝细胞再生,加速肝脏修复,稳定肝脏环境,防止肝细胞损伤乃至坏死的作用,可用于治疗肝纤维化。为了了解近年来国内外促肝细胞生长素用于治疗肝纤维化的临床应用现状,更好的指导肝纤维化用药治疗,文中从简要介绍促肝细胞生长素、肝纤维化的研究进展及促肝细胞生长素在肝纤维化治疗的临床应用等三个方面作一综述。

Promoting hepatocyte growth factors are small molecular peptides with high biological activity,which has various types pharmacological actions on stimulating the DNA synthesis of liver cell,promoting cell regeneration,accelerating liver repair,stable liver environment,and protect liver from damage and necrosis,so that it can be used in treating hepatic fibrosis. To analyze the progress in the research of promoting hepatocyte growth factors and its clinical application on hepatic fibrosis and provide references for hepatic fibrosis drug treatment,based on searching domestic and foreign documents,this paper systematically summarized in three aspects.
