摘要 为了解决轮机模拟器船舶电站报警信息和工作状态等信息显示不直观、参数设置繁琐和人机交互性差等问题,设计一种基于LPC2214的嵌入式轮机模拟器PPUU(船舶电站并车与保护)系统;系统包括以NXP LPC2214为核心的MCU单元、以太网和RS485为核心的通信单元、LCD和LED显示单元、按键检测单元;处理器通过以太网接收分布在现场的其他信号采集板卡的状态信息,解析后根据状态信息和相关流程做出判断,实现船舶电站发电机的自动启动、自动调速、自动并车、自动负载转移、自动解列、自动停车以及保护功能;将电站的状态信息实时显示在LCD上或者通过LED灯指示;并通过检测按键,实现对相关参数的设置以及LCD显示信息的查询;经过实验该系统能够实时准确地采集船舶电站的各项参数,人机交互性较好,成本低,扩展性好,能够对整个船舶的电力系统进行自动控制。 To solve the problems that alarm information and job status of marine power station and other information display on the ma- rine simulation device is not intuitive, human--computer interaction poor design and parameter setting tedious, thus design of based on I.PC2214 embedded marine simulation device marine power station propelling and protection systems. System includes a unit NXP LPC2214 MCU as the core, the core of Ethernet and RS485 communication unit, LCD and LED display unit, a key detection unit. The processor via Ethernet receives other signals in the field of data acquisition card status information to make judgments based on the state information and related processes parsed, Marine Power Stations automatically start the generator, automatic speed control, and automatic paralleling, au- tomatic load transfer, automatic splitting, automatic stopping and protection~ real--time plant status information is displayed on the LCD or via I.ED indicators; and by detecting the key to achieve the relevant parameter settings and LCD display query information. Through experi- ments that the system can accurately capture real--time parameters of marine power station, better human--computer interaction, tow cost, scalability, and it can be able to control the entire marine power system for automatically.
