摘要
本文提出了一种新型固化剂固化氨酚醛树脂和糠酮树脂混合体系,并考察了该混合体系作为炭/炭复合材料致密工序浸渍剂应用的几种主要性能。结果表明:加入新型固化剂的混合浸渍剂的固化度为90%左右,呈现真实固化状态;混合浸渍剂中新型固化剂对体系的粘度没有影响,粘度由树脂本身决定;混合树脂体系中氨酚醛树脂/糠酮树脂质量比为2/8,新型固化剂添加量为糠酮树脂质量的8%时,该混合浸渍剂的灰分为847ppm,不合P、S等有害杂质元素,得炭率高达52%。该新型固化剂可用于炭/炭复合材料致密工序。
The impregnant with a new type curing agent used in the mixing system of ammonia phenolic and furfural acetone resin for carbon/carbon (C/C)composites was studied. The main performance of this mixing impregnate system was discussed. The results show that, when the curing degree of mixing resins with the new type curing agent was 90%,it was a real curing degree station. The viscosity of the mixing impregnate system depended on the resin itself. The mixing resins had the best performance when the mass content of ammonia phenolic in the mixing system was 20% and the curing agent's mass content was 8% of the furfural acetone resin. The ash content of the mixing resins was 847ppm without any disadvantage impurity element, and the carbon yield value of mixing resins was 52% . The new type curing agent could use in the C/C composites densification procedure.
