摘要
石墨烯特殊的单原子层结构使其具有许多独特的物理化学性质,经过十几年的持续研究,石墨烯的制备和应用均取得了一定的进展。本文就目前石墨烯的制备方法和最新的产业化应用情况进行总结,并对石墨烯分类、存在问题进行简单介绍,以期对石墨烯产业形成一个系统的认识。
Graphene is a single atomic layer of special structure, so that it has a number of unique physical and chemical properties. After ten years of continuous research, preparation and application of graphene have made some progress. In this paper, the current graphene preparation methods and the latest industrial applications are summarized, and graphene classification and problems are briefly introduced. This paper is to understand the whole graphene industry.
